Oran's finest seafront seafood restaurant on the Corniche promenade
Perched on the Corniche with sweeping views of the Bay of Oran, Le Corsaire is the city's most celebrated seafood restaurant. Founded in 1987, it has been serving the freshest catch from local fishermen for nearly four decades, earning a devoted following among both Oranais and visiting food lovers.
The menu changes daily according to the catch. Expect grilled sea bass, charcoal-roasted prawns, whole bream baked in chermoula and the famous Oranais fish couscous — a dish that has made Le Corsaire legendary throughout Algeria.
